COSEIA’s Staff and Board
COSEIA is the nonprofit leading Colorado’s solar industry. The organization is led by a talented team of professionals in collaboration with the Board of Directors, volunteers, and solar leaders from across the industry.
Edward Stern : Executive Director
Prior to taking his role as the Executive Director for the Colorado Solar Energy Industries Association, Edward served as the Communications Director for the Colorado State Senate Majority Office. Prior to that, he served as the Deputy Press Secretary and Campaign Manager for U.S. Congressman John Salazar. Mr. Stern brings tremendous passion for solar energy, a keen understanding of and deep connection to the capitol, an appreciation for the state’s economic and demographic diversity, and a strong desire to build consensus and promote COSEIA as the solution-oriented and trusted strategic partner that it has grown to become.

Board members serve two-year terms and oversee the association according to COSEIA’s bylaws and meet on a regular basis to help advance the solar industry.
