A separate Recertification application and fee must be submitted for each certification you hold. The fee is non-refundable so please be sure to read and abide by all certification policies before submitting. If you previously held COSEIA Certification, but let it lapse by not keeping up with safety & continuing education requirements you must use the initial Application for Certification. Remember, you must possess up-to-date CPR and First Aid cards issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross when applying for recertification.
